Collaboration Coach & Repair Facilitator

I’m an organizational facilitator with a background in strategy, communications, and conflict mediation.

My approach is shaped by diverse experiences in systems thinking, therapeutic relational practices, and high-impact mediation techniques designed to help teams reconnect the different parts that show up in tough work dynamics.

 

Rather than getting stuck in power struggles between parts, I help teams work with them—revealing the power that emerges when everyone brings what they do best.

This isn’t just what I do. It’s the work I’m most alive for.
