How I Found This Work

Over the past two decades, I led strategy, brand, and communications for purpose-driven organizations. I facilitated planning sessions, built narratives, and helped teams align around a shared vision.

But again and again, the real breakthroughs weren’t just about strategy. They came from mediating the unspoken conflict in the room.

Too often, we show up to work carrying frustration: feeling unseen, weighed down by misunderstandings, drained by the slow erosion of trust. It takes a toll on energy.  creativity, and our sense of purpose.

I realized the real work was helping people hear each other and relate in real time. When I made space for more listening and more ease in the messiness of figuring things out together, teams got more honest, more energized, and more able to move forward.

Creating that shift in teams became my passion. I made conflict mediation the heart of my work.

Because unspoken conflict chips away at the joy, meaning, and pride we get from work we love. And most well-intentioned teams don’t know how to address it without sounding too corporate or too “woo woo.” So it gets avoided.

That’s why I created Hello Parts: to offer a grounded, human and energizing way for teams to move through what’s hard. So teams can finally move forward.

What Shapes My Approach

What I practice is grounded in strategy, informed by psychology, and shaped by a range of formal trainings that bring together individual inner work, group dynamics and systems thinking.
